FITTING OUTSIDE THE BOX
The box stands as a limitation to everyone that is seeking for comfort, comfort stand for relax where you don’t have to do any thing to better your life. Many people are living in the comfort of there parent while some taking advantage of others.
Fitting outside the BOX is moving in the opposite direction against the direction where everyone else is going. To fit in outside the box is:-
UNDERSTANDING WHY YOU ARE MOVING IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. Knowing that the masses want comfort zone you should do the opposite of what your stereotype says you are.
THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOX
Don’t do as others do and don’t think as they think. Think your own part and let others follow suit and you will be at the edge of them. Many people think you will always act the way they want you to but standout and think differently
TO ANY BODY WHO WANT TO EXPAND INTERNATIONALLY. PLEASE LEGALIZE YOURSELVES EVERY WHERE YOU GO.

Ø To find what winning means to you (to some they want to finish the raise while to some they have to focus).
Ø Select the right mindset (surveying the right time and selecting the right mindset of people to work with).
Ø Innovate to greatness (this is the great problem solving, innovate thinking how you run your business and how you grow your business).
Ø Doing things the right ways (close your eyes and think what winning looks like for you, make sure it inspires you).

ü Leaders must know that their first responsibility is to define reality (i.e. ways of doing things)
ü Challenges we find today are to be faced, and we should think on how to bypass them.
ü Learn how to get the right skills you need for your business.
ü Select the right family by choosing the set of people to work with and develop them.
ü Looking inside the person you are selecting to work with beyond their certificate and dress.
ü Do not be afraid to employ people who are smart and more talented as you are.
ü Your responsibility is to coach and develop the people you have selected.

ü As a leader you should prepare the people to go out and represent
ü As a leader you should train your workers the way you would have train your child (i.e. the way that pleases God).

DOING THINGS THE RIGHT WAY, YOU NEED TO THINK WHAT TO DO TO WIN AND NOT JUST WINNING WITH KNOWING HOW TO.
